In June 2003, OVIBDC announced the lease of 30,000 square feet of industrial space to AES Industries Inc. AES is based in Tallassee, Alabama, and they manufacture architectural products such as diffusers, dampers and curbs used in air movement and control systems for large commercial buildings. AES employs over 30 people in their facility, with the potential of increasing in the future. They contacted RED who assisted with the location search.
